Live one hour radio broadcast on Hot Talk 1510. Show airs every Monday from 3:00 to 4:00 in the afternoon. Kansas City Metro

Online arm for our print and radio products. Website traffic ranks in the top 40,000 websites in the United States. Business listings for all 50 states, news, information and entertainment. Live streaming audio/video for the radio broadcast. Podcast of the show.

Paw Prints The Magazines Travel Tails;

High gloss magazine style marketing brochure designed for pet friendly lodging properties to use as in room coffee table magazines or as marketing hand outs. Magazines are private labeled for each specific property

Paw Prints The Magazine has been the entertainment and information experts for pet owners in the Kansas City Metro area since May 2004.

What Paw Prints Expects From You:

- Develop local and national new business in a radio and online advertising sales environment
- Take over existing accounts and service them on a continuing basis
- Cold Call, Cold Call, Cold Call, new business. Did I mention Cold calling?
- Grow and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Organize yourself in order to work smart and produce results
- Be self-motivated
- Sell and present multiple products to new and existing clients.
- Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
- Willingness to get involved in the pet industry/community in your local area
- MUST Be present at trade shows, fundraisers and local events
- Pet ownership is an advantage but not required
- You must also have a vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance
- Home office (computer, email, printer, fax, phone – land line and mobile – Digital camera is a plus).

Ideal candidates are those who would like to be self employed without the out of pocket expense of starting your own business. Anyone with successful Yellow Page or other form of print media or radio advertising sales experience is a good fit.

Do not ask if we cover expenses, offer insurance or other benefits. Like we stated above, we are NOT hiring an employee. We are contracting a professional to perform a service for our company.

Position: Advertising Sales
Location: Nation Wide

- This position requires you to look for, hunt down, and qualify potential advertisers.
- The national average for advertising sales is that out of 127 calls you will make 10 contacts that will equate to 3 sales. If you are an advertising professional and you think you have what it takes to be successful, we want to talk to you.
- This is NOT a position working for Mixed Breed Media. This is a 1099 position. We are contracting an advertising professional to sell print and online advertising to local businesses for pet friendly hotels that we contract with to produce their marketing magazine.
-Must be able to cold call hotels and set up your own projects.
- Must be able to review and write the hotel reviews on occasion
- Must be able to work closely with hotel management
- Sell online advertising nation wide
- This isn’t a part time job; full time effort is required to be successful.
- Extensive travel necessary. Must be willing to drive within an eight hour radius from your home.
- Must be willing to stay out of town for a period of 5 consecutive days. Longer if the project warrants.
- Hotels are provided at no charge
- Pet ownership is an advantage but not required
