Missouri’s Prop B wins, but the dog fight continues

On the morning following last week’s November 2nd election, the votes were finally counted and the result… the Proposition B, the officially-titled “Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act,” had passed. It was a nail-biter for both sides to be sure, but the pro-Prop B side came out victorious – winning with 51.6% of the vote.
